Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Apple license terms

By downloading, accessing, or using VI'O Clock, you agree to these service terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Apple's Standard EULA governs the license to the iPhone app. These terms add rules for VI'O Clock's community, shared services, and subscriptions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use VI'O Clock. If local law requires a higher age or parental consent, that law applies. Do not use the app if you cannot agree to these terms.

3. Independent fan project

Dates, platform information, launch-zone displays, trivia, fan lore, AI-assisted responses, community predictions, and other information are provided for entertainment and general informational purposes. A published release date may change. Unless an official publisher announces regional unlock times, any time-of-day display should be treated as an estimate or implementation assumption rather than an official promise.

4. Limited use license

Subject to the Apple Standard EULA and these terms, you may use VI'O Clock for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control. You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass paid access, interfere with CloudKit records or other users, reverse engineer except where law permits it, or use VI'O Clock to violate another person's rights.

5. User-generated content

Community posts, replies, Room names, descriptions, guidelines, display names, and other material users submit are user-generated content. Shared content may be publicly visible to other VI'O Clock users and may be copied or quoted by them.

You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in content you submit. You grant VI'O Clock a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, moderate, remove, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the app and its community features. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for reasonable backups, legal obligations, and copies made by other users.

You are responsible for your submissions and must have the rights needed to share them. Do not submit confidential information or sensitive personal data.

6. Community rules

You must follow the Community Standards. Prohibited content includes harassment, threats, hate or slurs, sexual exploitation, content involving minors, scams, spam, malware, official-staff impersonation, doxxing, leaked or unlawfully obtained material, and copyright infringement.

We may screen, hide, restrict, or remove content; limit access to posting; preserve evidence needed for safety or legal compliance; and respond to reports. Automated screening can make mistakes. Direct concerns or appeals to admin@plugai.in.

7. No stable account identity

The current app does not create a VI'O Clock account. Display names and local trust signals are not proof of identity. Do not rely on a display name, role label, leaderboard score, poll total, member count, or Street Cred value as a verified real-world identity, authority, or competitive result.

8. Subscriptions and purchases

VI'O VIP purchases are processed by Apple. Prices, billing periods, trial eligibility, renewal terms, refunds, cancellation, and family/account rules shown by the App Store or StoreKit control the transaction. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through the Apple ID subscription settings according to Apple's terms. Restore Purchases asks StoreKit to re-check current entitlements.

Features may evolve, be corrected, or be removed where necessary for safety, law, platform rules, or service reliability. We will not knowingly advertise a paid benefit that the current version does not deliver, and consumer rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

9. Apple and external services

VI'O Clock relies on Apple services including iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit, and notification delivery. Availability can depend on network access, iCloud status, Apple service health, device settings, and region. When CloudKit is unavailable, some features may show or write local fallback data that does not sync to other users.

10. Availability and changes

The app and shared services are provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue a feature. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular number of users or posts, an exact game release date or unlock time, or that community content is accurate.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, VI'O Clock is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. VI'O Clock is not responsible for third-party community claims, publisher schedule changes, external links, Apple service interruptions, or losses caused by using community information as official advice. The warranty and liability provisions of Apple's Standard EULA also apply.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the app at any time. Access to shared or posting features may be restricted for safety, abuse, fraud, infringement, legal requirements, or repeated violations. Provisions that logically survive termination—including intellectual-property, content-license, disclaimer, and liability terms—continue to apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the app changes. Material updates will be published here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update means the revised terms apply, to the extent permitted by law.
