1. Be a fan, not a threat
VI'O Clock is built for theories, predictions, jokes, trivia, and launch-night conversation. Disagreement is allowed. Targeted abuse is not.
2. Prohibited content and behavior
- credible threats, harassment, stalking, doxxing, or encouragement of violence;
- hate speech, slurs, or attacks on people based on protected characteristics;
- sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or grooming behavior;
- spam, scams, phishing, “free key” schemes, malware, fraudulent giveaways, or repetitive flooding;
- impersonating Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Apple, PlugAI, VI'O Clock staff, moderators, support, or another person;
- leaked, stolen, unlawfully obtained, or access-controlled material;
- copyright or trademark infringement, including reposting protected game assets without permission;
- publishing passwords, payment details, home addresses, precise live location, or other sensitive personal information;
- manipulating membership, votes, scores, roles, entitlements, or CloudKit records.
3. Screening
Public post drafts pass through on-device screening before submission. Deterministic rules check high-confidence patterns such as scam bait, impersonation, flood spam, and targeted abuse. On supported devices, Apple's on-device language model may also help with a narrower harassment judgment. Screening can miss harmful content or flag harmless text; it is not a substitute for reporting.
4. Reporting and blocking
On public Community boards, long-press a post to open report and block options. Reporting can hide the shared post immediately. Blocking a display name hides that author's content on your device and can be reversed from Settings.
For Room names, Room guidelines, Room posts or replies, or any concern not handled by the visible in-app controls, email admin@plugai.in with the Room/board, display name, exact text or screenshot, approximate date, and why it violates these standards.
VI'O Clock is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger. Do not rely on an app report or email for urgent intervention.
5. Moderation and enforcement
We may hide or remove content, limit community access, preserve relevant evidence, or refer a matter to a platform provider or lawful authority when appropriate. Severe threats, exploitation, doxxing, scams, or repeated abuse can result in immediate restriction without a warning period.
The current app does not provide verified account identity. A display name, founder/mod label, or Street Cred tier is not proof of identity or authority. This limits account-level enforcement, so users should also use block controls and avoid sharing personal information.
6. Copyright and leaked material
Link to lawful official sources instead of re-uploading copyrighted screenshots, maps, audio, footage, logos, or leaked material. Rights holders can use the Copyright & Takedown Requests page.
7. Appeals and mistakes
If your content was removed or hidden in error, email admin@plugai.in with the same locating details and “moderation appeal” in the subject. Explain why the content complies. We may be unable to restore a record when it cannot be reliably identified or when CloudKit state has already changed.
8. Changes
These standards may change as community features and safety tooling evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
