1. What to include

To help us locate and assess the material, send a written notice containing:

1. your full name and electronic or physical signature;
2. identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe is affected;
3. the precise VI'O Clock location: board or Room name, display name, post/reply title and text, approximate date, and screenshots or links where available;
4. your email address and any other contact information you choose to provide;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; and
6. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.

Email this information to admin@plugai.in with “VI'O Clock copyright notice” in the subject.

2. What happens next

We may ask for details needed to identify the record, remove or restrict the material, preserve information needed to assess the complaint, or notify the submitting user where appropriate and legally permitted. Because the current app has no stable account system, locating a specific CloudKit record depends on the details supplied.

3. Counter-notices and mistakes

If material you submitted was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe that happened by mistake or misidentification, email the same address with “VI'O Clock counter-notice” in the subject, identify the removed material, explain the basis for your claim, and include contact and signature information required by applicable law. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a formal notice.

4. Misrepresentations

Knowingly making a false infringement claim or counter-notice may create legal liability. This page provides an operational contact path and is not legal advice or a representation that VI'O Clock has appointed a registered copyright agent in every jurisdiction.
