You pay a flat monthly fee per user (seat) in your organization. There are no per-query, per-API-call, or per-document fees. Whether a user makes 10 searches or 10,000, the cost stays the same. You only pay for active seats, and you can add or remove seats at any time from your billing dashboard.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features and we prorate the charge for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep your current features until then.

The Starter plan is free forever for up to 20 users. It includes 1,000 articles, 5 connectors (Slack, Confluence, Google Drive, etc.), 1 workspace, basic semantic search, AI chat with multi-LLM support, and community support. It's a fully functional knowledge base -- not a trial -- so there's no time limit.

Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly pricing. Professional drops to $240/user/year (equivalent to $20/user/month), and Enterprise drops to $528/user/year (equivalent to $44/user/month). Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.
