For Enterprise SaaS customers, data is stored in India (Mumbai, AWS) by default. Enterprise+ customers can select their data residency region: India (Mumbai), European Union (Frankfurt), or United States (Virginia). Private cloud and on-premise deployment options (Enterprise+) allow data to remain entirely within your own infrastructure, with zero data leaving your perimeter.

Pricing is structured around seat count, deployment model, and the specific capabilities your organization requires. We do not publish a self-serve pricing grid — pricing is always determined in conversation with your team. What we can say: we structure deals with volume tiers, and annual contracts include meaningful discounts vs. theoretical monthly equivalents. The minimum engagement is typically 100 seats for Enterprise, with no upper limit.

Onboarding is a four-week structured program led by your dedicated Customer Success Manager. Week 1: connector setup and initial knowledge ingestion. Week 2: RBAC configuration and user provisioning. Week 3: agent workflow configuration for your primary use cases. Week 4: admin training, reporting setup, and go-live. For Enterprise+ private cloud deployments, infrastructure provisioning typically adds 2–4 weeks, depending on your environment. We provide runbooks and hands-on support throughout.
