1. Delete on-device app data
Deleting VI'O Clock from the iPhone removes the app's ordinary local container, including local fallback records, quotas, Street Cred, blocklist, invite state, notification preferences, and other on-device settings. iOS may offer “Offload App,” which preserves documents and data; choose “Delete App” if your goal is to remove the local container.
Removing the app does not automatically delete public CloudKit records already submitted or Apple's purchase history.
2. Request removal of public content
Email admin@plugai.in with the subject “VI'O Clock data deletion request.” Include only the details needed to locate the record:
- the display name shown on the content;
- whether it is a Community post, Room post/reply, Room, Room membership, or leaderboard row;
- the board or Room name;
- the exact title or distinctive body text;
- the approximate posting or joining date; and
- a screenshot if available.
Do not send Apple ID credentials or passwords. We may ask for additional locating information. The current build has no verified account identity and display names can change, so a request cannot be matched by email address alone. Removal is best-effort where a unique record can be identified and where retention is not required for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law.
3. Global Pulse totals
An opt-in Global Pulse contribution increments a country-level aggregate and is not stored with an account or identifier that lets us trace it back to you. Individual increments generally cannot be separated or deleted later. You can stop future contributions by turning off the Global Pulse sharing choice in the app.
4. Purchases
VI'O VIP purchase history and subscription status are managed by Apple. Cancel or manage subscriptions from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Questions about Apple's purchase-data retention or refunds should be directed to Apple.
5. Notifications
Turn notifications off in VI'O Clock Settings or iOS Settings. Deleting the app removes local schedules. CloudKit Room subscriptions are best-effort device subscriptions; if you still receive a notice after leaving a Room or changing a setting, contact support with the Room and display name.
6. Website logs
VI'O Clock's web server records standard access logs for operations and security. The current host rotates them daily and retains approximately 14 rotated days. Logs then age out automatically. We may retain a specific excerpt longer if needed to investigate abuse, a security incident, or a legal requirement.
7. Confirmation
Start a deletion request
We will acknowledge the request, ask for locating details if needed, and explain what can and cannot be removed.
